� In order to return an item you will need to send an email to our returns department.
� The email should be sent to fashops.customerservice@gmail.com
with your order number as well as a brief explanation why you are returning the item
his email must reach us within 7 working days of receipt of goods and you will have a further 7 working days to return the goods.
� We will not accept goods outside of the time frame, other than for faulty garments and will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the tag has been removed.
� A refund will be issued to the original your paypal account that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return.
