** The delivery charge for all orders a flat price **
All paid products are shipped out from our factory within 4 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks.
Fahops will not be able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
When checking out, please provide a resident or business address so we can be sure your package arrives safely on time.
Once your items have been shipped, we will also generate a shipping confirmation e-mail that
will detail your order information and we will provide a link to track your package(s).
All parcels are shipped using Fedex Worldwide Courier Express Service and EMS.
Fashops bears the transportation risk. We ship internationally to over 200 countries.
< Custom tax issue >
We always mark all shipment as gift and even willing to lower the total value for you but when your country's custom office ask for tax you need to pay for it. We can not do anything about it and it's your country's law. DO NOT blame us or ask us to pay your tax because it's your responsibility.
